Lot Improvements

Each member is required to submit plans for improvements (fences, sheds, patios, etc.) for approval by the Board of Directors prior to the commencement of the project.

Lot Maintenance

A reminder to all Robert’s Ridge HOA Members… each member is required to maintain their own Lot including mowing the grass beyond their fence and on both sides of the swale (drainage easement).
